Lush In My Life

I love photographing my friends, I get to skip the first 4 rolls of foreplay and get right to the juice.
Authenticity is essential in my life.
I may not know what I want, but I sure as hell know by now what I don't want.
The more layers I discover, the more I want to know.
Lush tapped into a part of my soul I never knew existed, her heart is full and she's the realest they come.
This is how I see Lush. My delicious muse, Lush.

Happy Cinco de Mayo Y'all! AMURICA!

Dobel Chocolate Orange Margarita made exquisitely by
Gotham Bar's resident mixologist Jeremy Hawn

In honor of Cinco de Mayo (my sister's favorite holiday) here's the winning tequila shot from a recent cocktail shoot I did at Gotham Bar. One of the best margarita's I've had in a very long time.
Cheers!
Just try not to end up like this guy….

East Village Fly Street Art Exhibition: On Display ALWAYS

Trade in that museum pass and come get inspired on the streets. Art is all around us, along with the artists that make it. By the time this post is up, these pieces will have a whole new meaning to them.

Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins' 103rd Birthday!

Lower Manhattan was rockin last night in celebration of Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins' 103rd Birthday. 169 Bar served up delicious libations while Three Kings Tattoo inked the iconic swallow on 103 party goers.
Fun fact: Sailors get swallow tattoos to symbolize distance traveled and to return them safely home. Check out the Courtney D'ne Brown Photography on Facebook for the whole album!

Rain or shine these troopers were the first in line!
